Filter cake / disposal

Depending on the quality (20 -100 g/sqm), the fleece thickness is between 0.1 – 0.5 mm. With a cake height of 5 mm, the fleece content is therefore between 2 and 5 per cent, and with a filter cake height of 10 mm it is only approx. 1 – 2.5 per cent of the total disposal volume.

In addition, it is possible to wind up the used fleece with a fleece reel. A scraper knife separates the filter cake from the fleece and enables separate disposal of fleece and filter cake. The total share of disposal is therefore relatively low in relationship to the total volume.
