Cooling lubricant care devices

Ultra-fine agglomeration FAG

The POLO FAG changes the attachment and binding behaviour of particles, tramp oils and damages bacteria. With the help of inductive high voltage, particles agglomerate and can be enlarged by a factor of up to 10. Tramp oil droplets settle more quickly on the surface. Nothing is added to or removed from the cooling lubricant except for the process contaminants.

Their advantages

  • Higher purity
  • Stable in process
  • Cost-cutting

Short info

  • Enlarges very small particles
  • Enlargement effect: up to 10 times
  • Ultra-fine particles turn filterable
  • Increase in filtration
  • Increase of the filter performance

Without FAG

Dirt particles are insufficiently retained by the filter fleece. The particles are too small and cannot be filtered.
The filter does not work at its optimum.

With FAG

The FAG creates larger particle structures in liquids from fine particles and enables easier, mechanical filtration with conventional filter technology. The picture clearly shows the improved filter behaviour.
A high-voltage field is generated by 3-dimensionally arranged electrodes. When the liquid flows through the module, the attachment & binding behaviour of particles is extremely improved.

Efficiency optimisation of filter systems and oil separators

In liquids, (almost) all ingredients (ions, molecules, particles, etc.) have their own or imposed charge. Therefore, in principle, they can be manipulated by external electro-physical influences. In the high-voltage module, an electrical DC voltage is generated that manipulates the ingredients.
